All our blocks are individually packaged in containers specifically designed and fabricated for each individual block.

For blocks under 140lbs ground service will bring your block directly to your door.

For single or multiple blocks over 140lbs a freight service will deliver your block/blocks to a business address or hold for pick up at the local terminal. A residential delivery service is also available for an additional residential delivery fee of $75.00.

In all cases it is strongly recommended that you inspect your block BEFORE accepting delivery whenever possible. As hard as we and our shipping partners try to get our blocks to the customer in factory fresh condition there is the rare occasion when a block is damaged and the sooner we are informed the sooner we can correct the problem.


Warranty
Our products are designed to last a life time and more with proper care. Since we have no way to know how they are being taken care of we stand behind workmanship and materials for 1 year. We will replace or repair any problem which occurs during normal use relating to workmanship or materials during that time, including any shipping charges that may be necessary. This of course assumes proper maintenance. All installations which remove or puncture the finish void the warranty. All installations which include sinks or are over a dishwasher must be installed without puncturing finish envelope to maintain warranty. We are happy to work with installers to make sure proper procedures are followed to insure the longevity of the block.

Proper maintenance and Care
Wood products will last a life time and more if properly maintained. For blocks with oil and conditioner finish a regular regiment or reconditioning is required. Frequency of conditioning is determined by frequency of washing with a mild anti-bacterial soap. A good practice would be bi-monthly conditioning preferably with a good block conditioner consisting of beeswax and food grade mineral oil which can be purchased from us or a large number of other sources. This will add some moisture resistance and keep the wood from drying and cracking from repeated washing. For blocks with a hard surface finish, water and stain resistance is already permanently present so all that is required is a mild anti-bacterial soap when needed.
